What You Pay On Top
No surprises. Here is how charges work alongside your subscription.
Subscription
Charged in advance each month for the plan you choose, and renews automatically until you cancel.
Postage
Each postage label or shipment created through Fufil is charged at the rate shown in the platform at the time. It covers the carrier's cost plus any service fee.
AI credit top-ups
Need more AI than your plan includes? You can buy extra credits, charged to your card when you buy them.
Payment
A valid payment card is required. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never store your full card number.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A plain-English summary. The full wording is in our Terms and Conditions, which apply if there is any difference.
Cancel any time from your account in the platform, or by emailing getintouch@fufil.ai. We confirm your cancellation by email.
You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your subscription then stops, with no further subscription charges.
Refund of your subscription fee is available if none of the AI allowance for that billing period has been used. If any of it has been used, even in part, that period's fee isn't refundable.
AI credit top-ups can be refunded only if none of the credits have been used.
How to ask: email getintouch@fufil.ai from the address on your account. Approved refunds go back to the card that was charged, normally within 10 working days.
Charged by mistake? Tell us within 30 days and we'll correct it by returning or crediting the amount.
Postage charges are payable for every label created, even if a parcel is later lost or damaged. Claims are made against the carrier (see section 7 of the Terms).
